This Electronic Signature Disclosure and Consent ("E-Sign Disclosure") describes how P50 Digital LLC and its affiliates may provide records to you electronically in connection with your use of Find Cheaper Internet (https://www.findcheaperinternet.com) and related services. If our requirements change in a way that creates a material risk you will not be able to access or retain Records electronically, we will notify you and you may have the right to withdraw your consent without penalty.

If you withdraw consent, we may discontinue providing the Service to you, or we may continue to provide some or all Records in paper form. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legal validity or enforceability of any Records provided or signed before withdrawal becomes effective.

You are responsible for keeping your email address, phone number, and other contact information current. To update your contact information, contact us at privacy@p50digital.com.

08Requesting a Paper Copy

You may request a paper copy of any Record at any time by contacting us at privacy@p50digital.com or by mail at the address below. We may charge a reasonable fee to provide paper copies, except where prohibited by law. We will not treat a request for a paper copy as a withdrawal of your consent to receive Records electronically.

09Federal Law

You acknowledge and agree that your consent is being provided in connection with a transaction affecting interstate commerce subject to the federal E-SIGN Act, and that you and Company both intend that the Act apply to the fullest extent possible to validate our ability to conduct business with you electronically.
